Portrait commissions are done from photographs provided by the client or taken by myself. If the client is providing photographs, I usually request 5-10 images for us to review together to decide which would work best for recreation. If the client requests pictures be taken I am based in West Michigan and can travel for an additional fee.
Medium: I work primarily in soft pastel, watercolor, and color pencil.

Landscape Commissions: I love to work on location and draw from life. Drawings done on location are a very special way to capture an important place in a person’s life.

Commissions are generally prices by size. The pries below are for standard sizes to give you an idea of my rates:

Additional charges:
$100 for each additional figure/animal/building (first one is included).
$100 for photo shoot within 30 miles of Grand Rapids plus additional mileage as needed. (I work from photos supplied by you at no extra charge.)
Delivery: Free Grand Rapids pickup. Otherwise, add for shipping. Since it is shipped unframed, the package, although potentially large, is relatively flat (about 4”) and light.
